The Details

  • Children are welcome at Greenwood. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are perfect for a family.

  • The driveway offers parking for up to four cars, with plenty of on-street parking for any additional needs.
    There is an electric vehicle charger available.

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome in the the house, but should be kept out of the bedrooms and off furniture. The back garden is fully enclosed.

  • The house is newly refurbished with appliances including an induction hob, oven/grill and microwave combination oven from NEFF. There is also a wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble drier.

  • In addition to the wood burning stove, there is electric heating throughout the property, with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in all of the bathrooms.

  • The back garden has a generous lawn and is fully enclosed. There are multiple seating areas both front and back.

  • The garage can be used as secure storage for any bikes, canoes, paddle boards or other equipment as necessary.
